Trophy Homes – Home Description
2912 111th Street / Cooper Ridge

You’ve found your new home. Trophy Homes of Texas presents its 2009 Parade Home, a rustic Texas-style home that features large open porches with stone accents. Exposed cedar beams, beautiful landscaping and a high-pitched roofline combine to create a warm and inviting exterior.

Inside, tile floors throughout the home underscore the environment’s casual yet elegant appeal. Plush carpeting ensures total relaxation in each of the four bedrooms. And three full baths ensure privacy and convenience for everyone in the home.

The kitchen shares the rustic Texas style of the exterior, but it includes the finest luxuries of today. The huge outdoor patio brings the outdoors inside so you can enjoy the beautiful West Texas evenings.

The home is designed with family in mind. The garage and laundry room are oversized to offer flexibility and space as does many of the other clever details in this magnificent Parade home.
