Mike Thoma / Bio

Mike Thoma grew up in Houston and graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering. In 1980, he formed Mike Thoma Construction. In addition to building homes, Mike was also a managing partner with a major land developer in Lubbock from 1994 to 2007.

Mike Thoma knows that a quality home is built of more than brick and mortar. It is built of trust and integrity. He knows the importance of producing a superior product at a fair price. 

Mike personally monitors and supervises each job to ensure that the product honestly reflects his high standards and commitment to quality. Mike’s subcontractors are selected for their reliability and dedication to maintain these high standards. He has an ever-expanding list of highly satisfied homeowners to validate the quality of his homes.

Mike is a member of the West Texas Home Builders Association and Lubbock Chamber of Commerce.
