Tim Roten, Jr / Bio

Tim Roten Jr. started working at Mystique Homes in 2007 with Mary Roten, his mother. Their dedication to quality, value and affordability has lead to Mystique Homes’ explosive success in selling 20 houses in the first year.

Upon release from the U.S. Navy, Tim Roten Jr. returned home and went to work helping supervise homes for his father. He used this experience and many others throughout his lifetime to learn the crafts and a tireless work effort from his expert craftsman father.

Tim tries daily to continue these quality skills to build quality and affordable houses. Tim is supported by his beautiful wife and daughter, Kami and Alexis.

Mary Roten is not new to the affordable homebuilding industry, as she helped to build Tim Roten Homes from its beginnings more than 20 years ago. Mary jumped at the opportunity to be back into the homebuilding business after having recently built another successful company, Scents N Lotions.

Mystique Homes – Home Description
2906 111th Street / Cooper Ridge

For the 2009 Parade of Homes, Mystique Homes has built another beautiful home staying with their everyday quality and styling. From first sight, the stunning contrast of architectural stone and brick lets you know this is something special. The stone exterior is echoed on the interior through a stone-decorated custom mantel.

The kitchen is furnished with custom designed oak cabinets with library-paneled ends. The kitchen adorns granite countertops with a large center island. The fixtures are finished in the popular oil rubbed bronze with matching plumbing fixtures and hardware.

If the spacious master bedroom with a boxed ceiling doesn’t catch your eye right away, the highly unique master bath certainly will. The master bath seems to engulf you as the cathedral ceiling opens up the room. The bath has marble stone separate vanities, a large tiled shower and an enclosed toilet room with a whirlpool tub. His and her walk-in closets help to separate the bath and master bedroom creating a beautiful master suite.

The other large bedrooms continue to impress with an elevated ceiling in each bedroom. The hall bath is fully tiled with a shower, an elongated toilet and oil rubbed bronze fixtures.

The house retains a large living room that looks out upon a spacious back porch that’s great for cookouts. The details continue in this home as the utility room contains a freezer space, and the garage is extended to accommodate longer vehicles.
