Chuck Key Homes / Home Description
4708 120th Boulevard / Vintage Township

The Bungalow Collection is being introduced in Vintage Township by Chuck Key with a stunning Louisiana French cottage. The stucco and brick exterior, high-pitched roof with exposed rafter tails and shuttered front windows is typical Creole French architecture.

The 275 square foot front porch is characteristic of homes in the French countryside, which works to bring the outside in. A single dormer window in the middle of a 10/12 roof is the finishing touch to the front elevation.

Continuing in the French tradition, the living room and foyer are enhanced with beautifully crafted millwork. The 10-foot living room ceiling with rustic beams and the stone fireplace add further ambiance to the area.

The kitchen and breakfast nook are inviting, fun and colorful. Architectural elements such as cupboard doors of wire afford the perfect display for decorative porcelains. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with another wall of built-ins.

The entrance to the master suite is through a small office with a beautiful view of the back covered porch. Just as comfortable as the living area, the master suite provides abundance of style. Bookcases add warmth to the room and provide more space to display treasured collections and books.

This cottage is both pleasing to the eye and comfortable to live within.
