HOME BUILDER'S BIOS TOURING TIPS LOCATIONS

Touring Tips

  • Weekday touring is less congested than Saturday and Sunday. So if you want to take your time, talk to builders or are a disabled citizen, you may want to tour Monday - Friday.
  • The weather may require us to close the Parade. If it rains after you have started touring and you have not finished your tour, we will give you a rain check.
  • We must make the decision to open for touring one hour before the touring hours begin. Consequently, if it has rained heavily prior to the Parade, we may close even if it stops less than one hour before or during regular touring hours.
  • If the streets are wet, muddy or the asphalt is melting, you may be asked to remove your shoes at the front door of each home or wear some kind of foot covering. So, if any of these may be the case, wear shoes that may easily slipped on and off.
  • One complimentary, high quality touring magazine will be offered per family. Additional copies may be purchased for $5.00.
  • People's Choice Award voting will begin at the opening. Be sure to vote for one home in each site, but only one vote per family please.
  • Remember that if you have very young children, they may become bored or tired.
  • Thank you for observing the rules:
NO SMOKING, NO STROLLERS, NO FOOD/BEVERAGES TO BE BROUGHT, NO PETS AND NO CAMERAS ALLOWED! YOUR TICKET IS GOOD ONLY ONCE AT EACH SITE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
