To serve as the preacher for Monterey Church of Christ, he and his family moved to Lubbock from Santa Fe, New Mexico, in 1992. Upon retiring from ministry in 1998, Rische and Diana moved to San Angelo where they started their first residential construction business.

Chris graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance. He and his wife, Nacole, have two sons. In 2003, Chris, Rische and Diana partnered up to complete their first three homes (two in South Point and one in Windsor Park). Chris and Rische now manage the day-to-day operations of the company while Diana makes all finish selections and manages The Beeson Group, LLC realty.

Old World Craftsmanship Built for Today’s Lifestyles is truly reflected in this prime example of the quality construction of CR Construction, Ltd.

Pride of craftsmanship and professional excellence are evident at every turn and in each detail. This patio home has a master suite with an exercise room, an oversized master bath with fireplace, a master closet with two dressers, abundant storage, two guest baths, two guest bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, an oversized garage with workbench, a modern laundry room, a large dining area with wine cabinets and a living room with a theaterqualitymedia system.

This California-style home is centered on the outdoor social experience of a fully appointed patio. Whether you are entertaining or relaxing in private, the patio is the place to be. A flat-screen television with sound system, cooking center with stainless grill, wood burning fireplace and fountain add to the ambiance that insists you forget about time and simply enjoy the moment. In the gourmet kitchen, handmade custom cabinets have the detail and elegance that many thought impossible in today’s assembly-line world. Handmade does not mean they lack all the convenient features needed to support a modern fully equipped kitchen. Convenience and livability make meal preparation on the granite tops a true joy.

Walls with hand-textured elegance are finished in custom paint that can only be done by those who took the care and time to do it right. From tile to trim, the skill of specialized workmen and quality materials are evident throughout. The hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms are hand scraped to give an old-world look and then are coated with finishes that provide the modern ease of care. The master is a retreat into resort-style living. A two-way fireplace adds peaceful sophistication to both the bedroom and the bath. The six-foot airflow tub with heater can make tired muscles relax and time disappear. Finally, storage is so ample that you are sure to find that some of it will most likely go unused.
