Jason Sharkey has built many premier homes in and around the City of Lubbock for the past 10 years. Jason also has other real estate investments around Lubbock. Brian Ritter has owned his own framing construction company for the past 10 years and has had the opportunity to work with real home owners and listen to what is truly wanted in a home and a neighborhood. Both Brian and Jason’s experiences of working with the many builders and home owners in and around Lubbock, on residential and commercial developments, has inspired them to create a neighborhood that is both solid in construction as well as in community. With this vision, they created Bellmont Development Company.
Bellmont Development purchased Friendship Estates in the Fall of 2006. Originally established as Preston Park, Brian and Jason chose to rename the neighborhood Friendship Estates in order to establish a higher sense of community in this area. The development is in a great location within the Friendship school district but still has easy access to the fine shopping, restaurants and many community activities the City of Lubbock has to offer. With the development being so close to these two great communities, Bellmont decided to create a neighborhood that embraced and supported this area. Creating this sense of community will happen by having the finest home builders in the parade creating beautiful, well constructed homes for the wonderful people in this neighborhood.
