Lubbock Champion Homes, A Texas 10 year Home Warranty Builder, was established two years ago by Shay Exum and Steven Dorsey. Both men are Lubbock natives and graduates of Frenship High School. Together they have a combined 27 years of experience in homebuilding. Before moving back to Lubbock, Shay spent the past 12 years building homes in Austin and Florida. Steven is currently a framer and has been in the business for 15 years as Dorsey Construction. In the past year, Lubbock Champion Homes has built homes in Fox Ridge, Timber Ridge, Milwaukee Ridge, Preston Park, and Bacon Crest.
